Nose: Japanese sake, brown sugar, floral, vanilla, soda, ginger, grass, sweet potato, apple, dough, star anise
Palate: Ginger, spices, white grape, molasses, watermelon peel
Finish: long and spicy, then turn into sugar and citrus peel
