Glenrothes Distillery, located in Speyside, is famous of sherry cask maturation. This bottle of Dong Fang Ming Glenrothes 2004 15YO featuring the "Two Hares in Moonlight" by Josean Dynasty Korean scholar-official and Cho Tai Eok. This is a dram that full of interesting and beautiful flavours.
